    That’s a good assessment. Also, if the Rays are down a lot of runs, it makes sense to keep the struggling starter there. It saves innings for relievers, meaning you are keeping higher leverage relievers for the next game. Also, I wonder if the Rays go into the series thinking, “our goal is to take 2 out of 3. We are willing to sacrifice not going as intense in one game for the higher chances of winning the two”

    One thing I liked about last year's draft was that the Jays drafted best player available and figured out the signing after. They should have the same approach

    The discussion on nutrition is a really good one I know James Johnson from Miami Heat had a re-awakening in his career and he credits to the Miami Heat training staff and nutrition they emphasized. I know Zach Lowe said on his podcast that multiple teams have reached out to the Heat to discuss nutrition. Im pretty confident that nutrition is not emphasized in organizations as we think. And should definitely be a point of emphasis
