This where the Jays need go above the Curve And lead getting out front and ahead of the curve in Minor league pay and development Not sure if there is anything preventing them or rules that stop them from exploiting it to the teams advantage .. Drafting or Signing picks as it stands now ! Can they not just say and do this as a Team Say we will give you this as a amount assigned per the Draft ... X Then as a Club raise the amounts they pay Milb players : Development 1-2 year 80,000 per plus 10 Percent or max percent allowed by employer To a Education fund or A RRSP type vehicle Or fund ! Then say increase pay by level and by years of service with the organization as a Jay ! Say 5000 by year , and 10-20,000 by level Or to the point where a player in AAA makes Entry level MLB Baseball money or about 20 percent less ! Would this not work around it or be a loop Hole a team could use or Do ???? -

To Be Fair even if they did not Trade Stroman He Still might be ... He no Doubt Can out Wit, Out play and Out Eat Them All already !!!
