    Just did a little digging to see if I was an idiot saying Macier sucks with RISP. Nope, not an idiot. Horrible. .111 AVG, .181 OBP, .317 OPS And that'll be even worse after that DP. If there was a stat for his next AB after screwing up with RISP, I bet his AVG would be over .300. lol.

    Posting agai from the temp GDT; Darren Oliver just did an interview with Sportsnet, if anyone missed it. He singled out Loup, Delabar, and Cecil as being the biggest parts of the bullpen. Said he hopes they'll be around for a long, long time.

    Don't look back at me - I've always been a Lind fan. No doubt he struggled, but Murphy tried to turn him into something he was not. You can't hate Murphy because he got some great things out of some players, but he tried (at least it seems that way) to change Lind, Hill and others. Luckily, Lind stayed put until he could re-team with Mottola, who seems to understand Lind.

    He's such a level-headed guy. Lind is awesome. So glad he's still a Blue Jay.

    I like DeRosa a lot - and a decision my have to be made eventually. But when Lawrie comes back, I'd seriously consider moving Melky to the DL for a short while. The guy needs some serious rest. I love his heart, his courage, and I really like him - but he's broken. Rest up Melky, we need you for the playoffs. Rajai Davis can start for 2-weeks. He's played well this year anyway.

    Why you don't pick your favourite players (at least I don't). They just happen. I don't really know how to elaborate. It just happens. Same way with teams. Montreal Canadiens - I picked up from my dad. Same with the Blue Jays. As for every other sport? I have no idea - it just happened. In Soccer, I like the Wolverhampton Wanderers. Why? Who knows. Same with Football - I like the Philadelphia Eagles and again, I have no clue why. Same reason I have no clue why Pat Borders and Todd Stottlemyre were my first favourite players (and Kelly Gruber, but I usually keep that to myself, lol). Or why Patrice Brisebois and Pierre Turgeon are my favourite hockey players of all-time.

    Yes maybe. I f***ing hated O'Brien and Zaun.

    I love Arencibia. You can't pick your favourite players - they just happen. Always liked him, always will. He's not the best catcher in the world, but he's not the worst. I definitely prefer seeing him than most of the catchers I've had to deal with in my life for the Jays.

    I might be taking the comments out of context (didn't hear it), but Adam Lind was good with runners on base last year. Really good, actually. Men On: .285 AVG, .335 OBP RISP: .333 AVG, .398 OBP
