I don't see how he's regressing, he wasn't getting particularly lucky before, and he's struggled in the past two games. You never know about injury, but I wouldn't call what he's going through regression.

Morrow has not had the arm troubles that Josh Johnson had. And a team option at 10 mill is much different than a QO which the player may or may not accept.

I wouldn't call it an experiment, he's legitimately a starting pitcher.

Extremely good? Are you kidding me? With the price of a win going up he can be worth less than 2 WAR and still be worth the 10 million, and he can easily achieve that if he stays relatively healthy.
