The O's commentators were ripping Javier Baez a new one for swinging so hard, saying that he only looks for the homerun, and he'll get beat a lot by major league pitching. Baez homers later in the AB.

I love how you go from using stats like xFIP and SIERA in one post to RBI in the other. Also, despite Pedroia's league average offense this year, he's still projected to be worth almost 5 wins above replacement, so not exactly a team-crippling performance.
