Melky just had a 2.5 WAR season, and he's exiting his prime, so one could see how someone that was a bit above average might regress to being league average.
Well sure, I respect that too, but the way you said it made it seem like the guy became a leader of the team while starting his own charity to help local Toronto kids.
I think he's somewhere in between RJF and your posts, he doesn't have massive power but he doesn't lack bat speed either.

I was bored and there were no other games on. I don't mind the sport, I used to watch Leaf games like 5 years ago but I got despaired too often to keep watching, I also really dislike the attention they get compared to other Toronto sports teams.
