No, you're arguing that Sanchez has been good thus far because "his results are good", in other words, his ERA is low. The above post proves that he has worse peripherals except for GB% than the worst starter in the majors during the last 5 years. That is not a recipe for success; and it shows that Sanchez has not been improving or exceeding any expectations (unless you expected 10 BB/9).
No one here wants Sanchez to fail. That includes BTS, NJH and myself. We want the Blue Jays to be a better team, and employing Sanchez, who is clearly not an MLB-ready starter, is not how the team will consistently get wins.
