  1. You can hear a pin drop at the Royals-Tigers game.
  2. I'd take getting guys like Bautista, EE and Donaldson for cents on the dollar (Donaldson was a heftier price) than developing your own talent everyday of the week. I don't care if Bautista was developed by the Raptors, all that matters is that we got him practically for free.
  3. Realistically, I would have rather gotten Sale. Trout is just a pipe dream where he went.
  4. Good for him? Did this really need a thread?
  5. A sarcasm battle has been declared.
  6. Read mine bro. Even though "a ton of atom balls" is an excellent candidate.
  7. First AB of the game and Big Hos slides head-first into first base, lol.
  8. It applies for BB/9 but obviously doesn't apply to ERA. Duh
  9. Some people just take the stirring the pot celebration too seriously.
  10. You bastard, he would be on your BBDL squad. Though I guess you need the help after hearing the unfortunate news about Parker . Sorry man
  11. Our catcher is also good at stealing strikes from the dumn umps, so it would kind of suck if that was implemented during his contract lol.
  12. Ugh, here we go with the loosely applied Halladay comps because he was bad that one time for a few months.
  13. Bryce Harper recently started pulling more baseballs. That's going well for him. Smoak has pulled nearly 50% of all baseballs in his career. I would never advocate for a pull-first approach, but for some guys it just works out that way. Not everyone can be Miguel Cabrera.
  14. Pretty much. But Jarred Cosart wouldn't be in the majors if he walked 6+ per 9.
  15. If anyone wants a lazy comp for Sanchez just look at Mike Foltynewicz. Young, throws fast and walks a lot of hitters. Only difference is that he gets strikeouts with greater frequency and is more flyball oriented.
  16. If Smoak had the ability to consistently hit to the opposite field then the shift wouldn't be in place. It's not like he wants to groundout to second.
  17. Ump gives us a hand after calling the one outside. Keep it moving Smoak.
  18. I would report myself instantly if I made such a mistake.
