    Smoak is a really big man, at times I think you can get thrown off by his athletic plays at first.

    Will likely finish this season at 42 career fWAR. Only 32 years old, career .311/.423/.536, good for a 157 wRC+. Highly regarded as having one of the best eyes in the MLB for quite some time now, and has been recognized as the league MVP once. He has a good shot at the HOF, his hitting profile is a positive one as he ages and inevitably starts declining.

    Um, if they're in the MLB, you'd think most of them? Throwing a short hop to the catcher is not the catcher's fault whatsoever for not making the tough play. Stop being such an idiot.

    The throw was pretty bad tbh, just because it was on-line does not automatically make it a good one. Not many catchers make that play and those that do likely got lucky.
