I think it's to treat stiffness or mild strains. I see it used often around the leg and groin area where a cramp or stiffness can linger for some time. Edit: I might have just set myself up for a penis joke.

He's basically been the same hitter as last year. Don't really see what adjustments they'll want him to make unless they completely change his profile.

He has a .145 BABIP and is still rocking a 90 wRC+. I don't get it, he's an extreme hitter but he proved last year that he could be very useful. Dumb move.

I hate the mobile version. Just a bunch of scrolling and if you want to look up something you have to scroll all the way back up. I usually request desktop mode for most mobile sites anyway.
