  1. Diaz made a nice bid there for a single, but no luck with the hole.
  2. That's why I was rocking his avatar on the old board. I'd put it back but I don't want to ECJF-it.
  3. Who says he never threw 95 in Spring? Maybe the Tampa gun is slow, and Hutch has pitched a good game even without having to throw up to 96 all game.
  4. You've just fallen victim to Johnny Mac syndrome. The withdrawal process can be hard but there are a lot of great programs out there to help.
  5. Loney wasn't even playing attention, if he tries a bit at least then he could've made it closer.
  6. Two words: http://cdn.sportsoverdose.com/thumbs/daisuke-matsuzaka-18-mlb.jpg
  7. And they have players like Sam Fuld that explains some of the stats to the fans, we have Lind's interviews and JP's douchiness.
  8. Houston broadcast showing BABIP and WAR. We're still stuck with HR and RBI...
  9. The ump is flipping coins at the outside corner pitches.
  10. What a great swing, effortless. Nice double for Gump.
  11. First MLB game after missing a season with TJS? I think 93 is fine for now.
  12. I think Jennings thought he had a shot, but Lawrie runs like a bull and was already half way down the 3rd base line. The best part about him is he'd run 100% even if that hit came with him on 3rd base.
  13. I suppose working the count is the best you can ask of Diaz, and he's doing just that.
  14. You never force someone to hit with 2 outs, even if it was Melky you'd still just be giving an out away, unless the batter was the pitcher or something.
  15. They are very comparable pitchers IMO. Not overpowering stuff, rely mostly on fastball command and offspeed, deceptive delivery.
  16. The 2nd bat needs to be someone that can get on base, and Rasmus does that better than Lawrie (at least against RHP), nothing wrong with Rasmus there instead of Lawrie.
  17. Was anyone else afraid that the ball was going to hit the roof there?
