  1. Offspeed in the dirt for Francisco = automatic swing.
  2. Never once played catcher lol http://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=1013658&position=SS#fielding
  3. The bolded isn't true. People tend to have their own definitions of ace, but Shields falls into the category of solid #2/fringe #1. One could make an argument that all of the pitchers above him are aces (Lester tends to be up and down in this debate).
  4. This video is amazing. It's a mix of Game of Thrones and the NBA playoffs. The Rose-Boozer part for me was the best.
  5. Game 44 Reyes (6pts) - Melky (4pts) - Bautista (2pts) - Chappy Edwin (2pts) -Atothe, Orgfiller Lind (4pts) - Francisco (2pts) - Lawrie (4pts) - Navarro (8pts) - Gose (14pts) - Kratz (8pts) - Tolleson (16pts) - Pillar (12pts) - Bench (16pts) - I'm in a massive slump right now.
  6. Lol @ anyone on this board being that much of an alpha.
  7. If he had traded our top prospect for a relief pitcher the board would have exploded.
  8. 336 wRC+ at home, it's not just Coors.
  9. He was way off balance though, surely was expecting a fastball in that spot.
  10. Very likely a splitter, which is Delabar's best pitch.
  11. http://wpmedia.sports.nationalpost.com/2013/02/mark-buehrle.jpg?w=620 "Arm injury? Never heard of it."
  12. Pillar crushes lefties. It's been scientifically proven.
