Wat? Did d'Arnaud and Syndergaard have career ending surgeries to justify that? Disco, Handsome Jake, Alvarez, Escobar, others? Edit: read that as THE worst trade. Still, at the time it was Aviles + filler for a reliever.

You don't choose your runners on base though. That's why it should be treated as if homeruns were equal, at least if the batter isn't getting lucky with flyballs.

I just started keeping track, is Kratz DH'ing again? Loup is nails either way, but FFS can we once put out the superior framer out there? You don't really need to check the framing numbers to see Navarro just isn't a good one.

I love how no one has mentioned framing. Yes he plays solid D, can hit a bit, got some pop. But the framing is what really makes him an asset to have.
