I will ridicule every game he starts, it's about the process not the results.

You have 4 out 5 infielders that are below avg defenders and one giant butcher in the outfield, this is going to be an ugly game. Gibby don't value defense though so you guys can live and die with him.

Zeke is better then Goins. Portabello near 200PA's with the ridiculous babip and he's still near replacement. Valencia is a terrible outfielder, and a below avg infielder. Schultz might be worth 0.2 war but should that shoot him up into high leverage roles? If i was a betting man, I'd bet Smoak isn't hurt.

Schultz has a 4.19 SIERA, not really what you want in high leverage situations. I'd be fine with Bello at first if we didn't have Smoak, but we do and Smoak is the overall better player.

Players Gibbons over uses/mismanages Miguel Castro- Threw him in the fire and he got burned. I don't necessarily blame him for throwing him in the fire but he left him in those high leverage spots way to long when the metrics didn't back him up. Unless Gibbons is an era guy.... Ryan Goins- Was playing LF tonight to get his bat in the lineup...just a ridiculous thing to do. Chris Collabelo- He got hot as hell but his butcherness in the field has left him near replacement and starting to cost this team wins. Gibbons will give this guy starts because he likes his character. Danny Valencia- Valencia has more plate appearances against righties then lefties and there were a couple times earlier in the year where Valencia was called upon to face a righty as a PH instead of Smoak which is mind boggling. Dioneer Navarro- Backup catcher who has seen tons of DH time. Gibbons loves this guy, this guy also has a 76wRC+ this year. Why do you love this guy gibbons? Bo Schultz- Hasn't been good in the minors, hasn't been good in the majors. Gibbons entrenches him in a high leverage role after he has a couple survival outings in mop up duty.

Players Gibbons under uses/mismanages Liam Hendricks- one of our best relievers statistically is being used in low leverage situations, gets the hook early even when he's getting babiped. Brett Cecil- was our best reliever coming into this year and wasn't given the closers job until a month in. Has struggled admittedly, but the stats are still there for him. He is now getting outs in lower leverage situations. Devon Travis- batting 8th and 9th for some stupid redneck reason. Justin Smoak- is this guy a ghost? He seemed like a pretty good player when he was playing, now Gibbons has no use for him even though he's our best option at first base. With a banged up Edwin he should have been the only option at 1st base instead he's not an option at all.
