I'm going to assume that you're unclear on what DFA does... We can option Tellez to AAA at any time this year w/o DFAing him, and that means we don't have to risk losing him. The only reason you'd DFA him is if you need a space on the 40 man roster, and you've basically given up on him after 26 bad games (despite his 35 very good games last year...) Tellez would get claimed if we exposed him to waivers. -

Minor leaguers and players early in their careers are massively underpaid. Lindor is massively overpaid. Manfried is paid 500% too much.
