  1. I've been trying to trade Ellsbury for years unsuccessfully in Fantasy. I don't like the Yankees chances of being able to move him. I could see them moving Gardner though. There would be a market for him.
  2. Judge, Stanton and Hicks the best OF in baseball?
  3. Yes! Just got to deposit some $$. I'll send it in a bit
  4. I don't think so.
  5. If there's such a thing as a Marlins fan they must be so pissed after knowing what the Giants were offering.
  6. You would have to think Clint Frazier is going to be very available now.
  7. Yankees only get the $30MM in cash if Stanton does not opt out of his contract after the 2020 season
  8. ...unless you're a Jays fan
  9. Going to be an exciting year for baseball!
  10. Who do you guys think the prospects will be? They said a couple guys in the lower levels so I'll guess Pablo Olivares and Freicer Perez
  11. I'll play. Clint Frazier Pablo Olivares Freicer Perez For Stanton + 45 million
  12. Ewww. jk. His scouting report makes me laugh though. "Contreras is all about arm strength. He can light up radar guns from 92-97 mph already and he's got a little room to add more velocity. But right now he has no idea of where the ball is going when it leaves his hand (10 walks per nine in the GCL this year) and his secondary pitches are more ideas than refined offerings at this point.
  13. Future LoD Whitesox. 2. Yunior Severino, 2B Severino signed for $1.9 million in 2016 as one of the top players in the Braves' loaded international class. He is an offense-first switch-hitting middle infielder with power potential and loads of bat speed. As you would expect for a teenager, he has plenty of work ahead of him, especially defensively, but 17-year-olds who slug .444 in the Gulf Coast League are exceedingly hard to find. 14. Dayum. I had unrealistic hopes the Jays would snag him.
  15. Stanton, Trout and Upton would just be silly.
  16. Ohtani, Garrett Richards, Tyler Skaggs, Matt Shoemaker and Parker Bridwell. JC Ramerez, Alex Meyer as depth. It's decent.
  17. Ohtani and Trout on the same team is going to be fun. Guess I'll be staying up past my bedtime a bunch this year. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2017/12/angels-to-sign-shohei-ohtani.html
  18. He's not competent anywhere. It's amazing in 2017 how a FO's can be so dumb. No logical reason why the Padres should want Hosmer at the price he's going to get paid.
  19. Well the cardinals fan seemed ok at least
  20. Ah, you were serious about that. Was not sure.
  21. Yes. Pendleton does it all the time.
