  1. JP again hitting fourth, absolutely moronic. 49 k's 2 walks.
  2. Obviously it's not that ugly, they are producing and winning. Don't like this pitching matchup.
  3. Disagree all you want your flat wrong, EE will not cover half the ground in the outfield as a Davis or another fast player with range. The developers post often at operation sports, post this nonsense over there they will laugh you off the forum. Speed, range, arm strength make a difference in the field.
  4. ROFL, 2k baseball is terrible. Might be the worst sports franchise this gen. The show is the best. I had an xbox before I had a ps3, and a ps3 was worth it for the show alone. along with a slew of other exclusives.
  5. Umm no. Range makes a huge diff as does their thros from the outfield. There is noticebale diff in range and speed.
  6. ?? errors happen all the time at a realistic clip..........you playin on rookie? lol Not a shred of truth to that. Throwing from the outfield with bautista is drastically diff then rajai davis, you can throw out runners with bautista, not with davis unless the runner makes a mistake. Speed and range also come into play as well as defensive attributes. Players with worse d makes more errors. Do you even play the show? Sure doesn't sound like you do. Pitch counts, stats at bats all happen realistically, if your K all the time and cannot walk you suck at hitting. How many other sports games have you played? Compared to other games yes the show is that realistic. It plays a very realistic game of ball. You have to train yourself to recognize pitches out of the pitchers hand and you can learn to judge the zone and talk walks with regularity. Just like real baseball.
  7. I've played since 09 and it is easy to walk unless your an impatient hitter. The show is known for it's authenticity and realism. If you approach an at bat like a hitter in real life does, take pitches wait for a pitch to hit, work the count, walks happen regularily. I know guys who have 100 + walks with a few players over their seasons. If your not walking you have bad hitting habits. Just finished a game, rattled the pitcher drew 3 walks in 1 inning and 6 in the game total. Sometimes you have to foul off a few close pitches and work a pitcher.
  8. Your doing something wrong, I consistently walk in the show on all star. As do most on OS SPorts.
  9. Someone has not played the show...................MLB The show I walk allt he time and yes pitchers do struggle with control in the show. BEst most realistic sports game ever. The shows plays close to real baseball as you will ever see.
  10. Your argument is Pat borders was not good so its ok to go with JP? LULZ, and Borders was actually decent defensively, JP is terrible.
  11. To make matters worse he is a liability defensively, yet the Jays bat him fourth and think he is the catcher of the future...brutal.
  12. Call me weird, but i'm nervous about the yanks series, this team dug itself such a hole it cannot afford anymore bad stretches, and they have to win this series imo.
  13. Ortiz the Jays saviour. Richard Prior wannbe be pitching well.
  14. JP striking out on balls in the dirt again, geez he drives me mad.
  15. It is, so that terrible start hurts even more knowing it is going to be a really tough hole to climb out of.
  16. Things even out, we got some breaks lately, in april everything went against us.
  17. The giants look terrible lol. Despite the breaks, the jays are hitting the ball well, taking close pitches waiting for their pitch. LAst month this team would have squandered the opportunity.
