    It's an excellent alternative, it's about the same value in gas and parking, minus the headache of sitting in a ton of traffic. Edit: I see you've received a ton of advice, lol. Well at least you have 3 passengers or more, you get to use the HOV lanes, that's a perk in itself. You should be fine.
