I'm starting to maintain our trade history again and will try to go back and record the retroactive trades (with no promise of capturing every trade). I've also updated the original sheet a bit. The organization name and owner name will now be reflected. The owner name will be the owner at the time of the trade. The organization however will link to the current org name. As such, if you have editing power, please do not sort the 'Teams' sheet. If this was excel, it probably wouldn't matter, but this is not excel and will f*** up those links. It will take me a bit to get the trades updated, but I'll work on it and keep new trades updated.

cool, if anyone wants some win now pieces, I would trade them for dispersal draft picks.

I think the Jets rebuild is far enough along they need to keep productive players. They have the young talent they need (especially when they get another high pick this year), just need it to develop what they've got.

I have an email in to Gibbers as well in case he had prospects he wanted to acquire to fill those 2 spots. If he did, I don't mind dropping Kaminsky as it wasn't crystal clear when the trade was to go through (ie immediately after the cut vs after the waiver draft).

hmm, that's the reason we talked about this deal being processed after the cut-down, to avoid being subject to the keeper limit. If the de facto cut-down is the end of the waiver draft, it seems I've already said that this is where I wanted the trade to be processed.

He's a prospect, and Gibbers only has 10 prospects, so I'll check with him.

I'd like to get a ruling first as my intention was always to keep him and just promote Meyer. If that isn't legal, we can always postpone the deal until after the waiver draft as it was just MiLB picks going back to GP. (I think I even put that in my trade announcement).

I'm going to call up Alex Meyer rather than cut him. I assume I can do that in lieu of using my last waiver pick. If not I can always cut Rob Kaminsky.

lol, the best part of this is that Barreto was (one of) the player that I traded you for Wil Myers. So I certainly can't ridicule you (and I wasn't trying too if it came off that way).

I'm not saying I think its some great plan. Just that he's consistent in how he runs his team. Even if the plan is not what I would do, I think its obvious he has a plan.
