  1. Kind of puzzles me that the Jays brass did not test this with a baseball team actively playing on it. They could have brought in a local baseball team to try it out. Or as the Canadian Juniors.
  2. Watch the guy in the red/blue the whole time
  3. what the f*** is happening to his right leg?!
  4. funny s***..that fan f***ed up everyone's day http://i.imgur.com/SZ61xzQ.gif
  5. stolen from reddit http://giant.gfycat.com/SnappyPhysicalKillerwhale.gif he's going to tear his elbow off
  6. Yes he settled down after the first inning. He was up in the 1st inning but the rest of the way he was painting the outside corner. Only Kevin Pillar and Travis successfully went the other way. Everyone else just hit weak pop ups because they're trying to do too much.
  7. I prayed for Betts to get injured, not Bogaerts!
  8. fffffffff.....ffffuuu...f*** you! :|
  9. I also have the yips, or some variant of it, but not for baseball. I actually play the piano and I used to play it seriously. Although I always had trouble with certain fingering/wrist movements. It was very hard to explain to other people, but basically my hands refused to play certain passages. If you asked me to play that passage individually right from the start of the passage, I could do it. But if you asked me to start, say, a few bars before the passage, I would not be able to do it. My wrist locked up. Also when I was younger in elementary school I had a lot of trouble pronouncing words if they stared with certain letters. So if you asked me to start a sentence with the word "For" or "How", I'd have a bit of trouble getting the words come out of my mouth. Nowadays I don't have a problem!
  10. I don't know much about SRF. Any chance he gets a cup of coffee with us in 2016?
  11. Yeah I'm preparing myself for another .200 year for Martin. He has not looked good at all in the plate
  12. Gotta give credit when it's due. Odorizzi was good. He kept hitting the outside corner. You could make the argument that the players should have went the other way like Pillar/Travis did, but I guess the sluggers really wanted to put on a show and launch some homers. Hopefully with less people tonight (I'm expecting 20k ish), they will relax and do what they did in Baltimore.
  13. Guys like Reyes and Pompey will suffer in terms of bunts. I don't think bunting on this surface will work well. On the other hand, infield hits may be interesting, as well as high choppers.
  14. that was ball 4 but that was a pitch Edwin could have crushed.
