I doubt we see him more than 1 start per series even getting to world series. He'll be game 3 in the DS then game 4 in each of the following 2 assuming they make it that far. I strongly suspect Liriano will be his handcuff
I can't remember where I heard it(I think mlb network radio) but it was said that they do not want Sanchez going much past 200 innings including the playoffs.
Pretty much means he's good for about 3 more starts at 4-5 innings per start, or 1 start per remaining round at best, and he'll be on a short leash in any case.
That would put him around 204-207 innings after only 92.1 last year.
And even better, the article Cameron wrote right before the game started. ....

Lololol called that, but a blind man could see either coming.
Was about as obvious a thing as PUTTING IN YOUR BEST PITCHER IN A 1 GAME PLAYOFF IN EXTRA INNINGS
If I was Rogers, I would resign Edwin and then for April Fool's day next year add a sucahrge to everyone's monthly bills and label it "Edwin Contract Fund"
I can smell the Fangraphs article on Showalter not using Britton already.
I can practically hear Cameron typing it from here while laughing his ass off
Lol, of course he's going to double down now, he won't throw Ubaldo under the bus by saying he should have gone to the best closer in the game over a guy who was a DFA candidate 2 months ago.....
Bwaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha!
Don't forget after he says it, how the cult at Orioles Hangout would defend it to the death even though it's completely indefensible because Buck is Jesus or some s***.
Unless hurt, it's probably the worst managerial decision in recent memory in a playoff game
