He should lose job if he did it. But if it’s a passionate spouse, can’t really fire him for that but it’ll be a scandal thats referenced a lot

I think the issue would be mocking and calling out his own players and giving sensitive information like failed physicals and that’s why one of your players is untradable. Especially since he was mocking one of the more popular guys in the league (Embiid), that’s not a rep you want your Pres having within your own team and around the league

She should come clean if it’s her. He’ll keep his job in that case I think for sure. Could be she’s eve falling on the sword for him lol

Yeah when it gets down to it, it’s what you said in the first sentence. And since someone tipped off that it was Col, they’d be trying to frame him. No surprise this story got some good legs:)

    He’s Mike Trout x 4. You’ll appreciate him when he’s done playing

Like with the Han Solo movie, I think people have some Warrior fatigue. Ratings will prob be better if Houston wins. LeBron is like the Yankees in that you either watch him cause you like him or watch him cause you hate him, so he never gets old

Rozier and Brown 7 for 32 from the field, 3 for 22 from downtown... c ya Celtics
  13. Nobody wanted Verlander really. Shopped him few times in the thread with little interest. I like Cespy more than most so I’m ok with the deal. Now I’m looking to win next year with Cespy and Blackmon

Lol. I really thought you meant it. People really do think that way. I can understand maybe a whistle here or there that you could debate but when you talk about a team not showing up it gets Alex Jonesy pretty quick. Definitely the NBA has made out big time but it was only one year ago when both teams cake walked to finals

Coming off the Alex Jones stuff.. has there ever been an advance statistics attempt to quantify home field/court advantage? Pretty crazy how that works out. I guess not crazy but just not something you can quantify. It’s obviously been the entire difference in East. The best way I’ve heard it described is the role players particularly seem to play much better at home.

Lol. Ok onwego. So the be clear, Houston must’ve been in on it to lay down and get clobbered by 30? If so, I’m just wondering how that goes down? The owners pass it down to coaches and then they break news to players in the pre-game?
  17. I’ll be looking at SS options now that I dealt Bogey for Blackmon

Literally the best thing that happened to Cavs tonight was Love getting knocked out of game

If James was 4 for 16 in these playoffs, Cavs would be down by 30. He’s the real MVP in literal sense of the word
  22. Bundy’s line through 4: 4 IP, 1 hit, 3 ER, O BB, 8 SO There’s 1 hit batter. Don’t know how you can get to 3 earned runs
  23. If anyone gets to the point where they want to take a serious run at the title and want to offer something aggressive for Verlander, I’m now open to prospects. 1st round picks ok too as part of a package. Not looking for handful of A-ball lottery tickets. Ideally looking for at least 1 impact prospect that’s close. I’ll look at everything though. I’m in no hurry to move him though and may not. Previous offers were meh.

When a team packs it in, it’s going to show in the defensive statistics. I understand this is apparently beyond your limited grasp. It’s fine as the world needs stupid people too. As for what I do for my life, I certainly don’t cry about some team packing it in, especially when it’s clearly not the case. So I’d imagine life may not be going so great, eh? I’ve actually listened to a number of commentators on the game and I haven’t heard one person question the Cavs effort. They just suck. And yeah, Lebron looked tired but that’s not not caring. He’s one of the all-time greats because he has the same drive Kobe and Michael did. He’s in year 15 and has logged more mins than anyone in the NBA this year and they just changed from multi-days between games to 2 days break switching cities. He’ll be back.

Again, I think Cleveland held Boston to 30%-something from the field, so your analysis that Cleveland just didn’t care is pretty stupid. Your ability to think probably isn’t the greatest I’d imagine
