Ottawa is going to be a huge test for Rielly's first game though. Big team with relentless forecheckers. He looked solid defensively in camp, so it's interesting to see how he does Saturday night.

Sucks to see a guy injured, but Fraser isn't really good. Having Rielly in the lineup should be a boost. He might struggle at first, so I hope people temper expectations a bit.

You could definitely use more offensive punch. Maybe at C? Schiefele should be in the Calder mix this year and Trouba looks like a stud. I remember I didn't even like Trouba at the draft, and now he looks like Chris Chelios lol.

Bernier is not better than Reimer, at least not yet. Why are we bringing in one of the best goaltenders in the league and a future HOF in this discussion? What exactly does this prove? Also, nothing is debatable here. Reimer's "poor rebound control" is more of a borderline myth than anything else. -

His "poor rebound control" is over exaggerated. You know just like how he isn't athletic or how he has a "weak glove hand". Not saying he doesn't give up his share of rebounds but it's so exaggerated.

I'd go back to Reimer for Saturday and Bernier for Tuesday.
