    35.7 % GB and 12.2% HR/FB Cingrani must work on his secondary stuff, once the hitters fit for his high-fastball the things will turn ugly to him. He's good, not great. Hutchison or Cingrani?

    I can't see in the near future a positive change in our team with the current FO approach. Get the talent, develop that talent and maximize their potential is the ideal work of a good organization. Right now we don't have the talent (overall), and the mindset to move forward for the path of success. AA walked 5 steps back this year, he lost my respects.
