Eyeballing it, I'd probably put both comfortably in the top 30, especially Gonzalez. Taylor seems kind of an Andrew Sopko type, maybe a bit better.

Good pitchers throw balls down the middle all the time. Their ability to get swinging strikes within the zone is why they are able to keep those walk totals so low.
His career turnaround has been amazing to watch. This guy will be an easy first ballot HOF and at one point he was starting to look Felix Hernandez-y before Kate Upton saved his career.
