It's stupid because it's his money he's entitled too. Let's not act dumb and pretend that the Yankees didn't know about the asterisks surrounding A-Rod when they penned him to a 10 year deal. It's his money and good on him to make sure he gets every last cent from the Yankees, he doesn't owe them anything -- especially with the way they treated him the past 4 years -

Funny think is didn't the MLB still fail to provide true evidence other than documents that be doped? They seem to be ok with the league cheating but not A-Rod -- who before the "steroids" (like Bonds) was on his way to a HOF anyways -
