His track record suggests he's a #4, which is also what evaluators though he'd be as a prospect. Why should I trust your opinion instead? 'Lol' isn't evidence.
Odorizzi's projections and career stats agree that he is below-average. Career 3.99 xFIP, FGDC has 4.10 FIP (4.00 ERA). There's nothing wrong with being a #4 as long as you're durable.
Paxton projects as a below-average pitcher. He's fine and is a nice asset for Seattle, but nothing to be particularly scared of.
