  1. good stream for those who need 1 http://www.goatd.net/81244/watch-toronto-blue-jays-vs-baltimore-orioles
  2. Cecil missed most of ST and shouldn't have been stuffed in the role as closer to start with. Castro was nails all ST. Loup was horrible is ST as well.... the move wasn't because of one performance.
  3. give me a minute. I have one that usually always runs, but it hasn't started yet. If it doesn't I'll find you a different one.
  4. have you seen how cut the dad is? dude has some hard core work ethic to get that chiseled.
  5. I wonder how many times Martin will point at the ground tonight telling Sanchez to bounce the pitch.... that has to be great for pitcher confidence having a catcher that says bounce this s*** I got you covered.
  6. it still burns that the jays gave a win to the yankees. they suck something fierce and we really should be 4-0.
  7. I'm pretty sure having JPA wave at pitches for a couple years ruined a couple of our young guys. for pitchers who have to live on the edge it's hard with a catcher who couldn't frame a center cut fastball.
  8. Martin hit under .200 in ST and still hasn't gotten going. It's the right move. Martin has NOT been bad, it's about optimizing the team. it also gives Martin less to think about on the offensive side and lets him have more energy focus on catching.
  9. not even close. we all know that Maddon put Longo in his spot and then drew the rest of the names out of hat.
  10. It's the right move and it didn't take forever to get it done. I really like Smoak at first and EE DH as well. Smoak is great defensively and EE needs to focus on his parrot.
  11. Smoak and Joey with some pretty bad numbers against Ubaldo Jimenez. hope they can change that today.
  12. I really like that it didn't take 2-3 months to move Martin from the 2 spot. this is the most fluid Gibbons has been as manager. Cecil got one chance to save and then moved out. Martin got 3 games in the two spot and wasn't getting it done. lineups need to be fluid, go with what's working and tweak what's not.
  13. you say he was rushed, but who are you? If he hadn't gone through 2 injuries that held up his development he probably would have been up a year ago. You act like he's straight out of HS.
  14. can't wait for the GDT... Gibbons going with what looks best already. Pompey hitting in the 2 spot again today. martin moved down the line. 1. Jose Reyes (S) SS 2. Dalton Pompey (S) CF 3. Jose Bautista ® RF 4. Edwin Encarnacion ® DH 5. Josh Donaldson ® 3B 6. Russell Martin ® C 7. Justin Smoak (S) 1B 8. Kevin Pillar ® LF 9. Devon Travis ® 2B
  15. 6.1 IP 3 H 2 ER 4BB 4 DP turned behind him and the BABPIP dragon is on his side all night causing the Os to throw fits and Showalter to have a minor stroke in the 5th inning.
  16. Game 5 DOUBLE POINTS SATURDAY! Vs Ubaldo Jimenez (RHP) Reyes (8pts) - Atothe, vdub Martin (6pts) - bowld, JG34, Abomination Bautista (2pts) - Candy Maldonado, Dylan, King E "f***IN" Rex (2pts) - Donaldson (2pts) - bronson44, Orgfiller Pompey (12pts) - Deadpool, LetTheBallFly, ScientificRetard, TheRealMin, o2cui2i Pillar (12pts) - Jonn, BBBB Smoak (4pts) - jays4life19, S33n Travis ( 10pts) - GD Valencia (12pts)- Bench (16pts)
  17. Martin looked great in the third game. it was only the Dickey game that Martin was bumbling around.
  18. I'm making a model of the parade route on my living room floor right now. have to figure out the right place to view the parade from and that takes heavy consideration and planning. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/15/20080622_St._Charles_parade_route_sign.JPG
