  1. Meh, it could happen to the Braves too. Okay, actual prediction: 5-4
  2. They've beaten the Dodgers, though, that's what I was talking about. We swept the Giants, didn't we? Meh, none of this is important as none of my logic is really serious here.
  3. Well that's just depressing. Nothing wrong with my math, though?
  4. Because they've been playing really s***-like lately and their only wins recently have come against the Dodgers (and one against AZ). My logic is flawless lol.
  5. Just for the shits in giggles.... (if there's anything wrong with my math I'd love to know because I've never done this) http://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/threads/36-Call-ups-coming-soon?p=4226#post4226 Using that formula, regressing Jim Negrych to a .300 BABIP... .300 * (123 - 16 - 3 + 1) + 1 ... gets him 32.5 hits. Rounding up gets him 33 hits. That's a .234 BA in AAA. Now, running those 33 hits in those 123 ABs in this minor league equivalency calculator (hyper linked) gets you a whopping .200 batting average, on the dot. It also gets you a .264 OBP when adding in his walks, which is hardly call up worthy. But you know the saddest part? The .264 OBP Negrych would probably be getting? IT'S 19 POINTS HIGHER THAN J.P. ARENCIBIA'S OBP.
  6. ATL for 2 games, 2 wins I'm sure we'll pull one game from the Rays, 3 wins The Orioles are lucky f***ing pieces of s*** who can't do anything but sit around and hope that everything goes right which for whatever reason it always does so those **********s can burn in hell, 6 wins My logic is simple: I hate the Orioles, thus, 6 wins. Lol.
  7. He's Enarnacion-like from what I saw - athletic, great range, great hands, just a s*** arm
  8. I'm pretty sure Thad Webber is leading AAA in FIP.
  9. I got out to see him last year in Lansing, he's really athletic at 3B, underrated defender.
  10. Great day for the org. Can't wait to see Stroman.
  11. If this is the point of the thread... ---------- GordieDougie New legit guy: Nolin, Tirado, Smoral, Stroman Sleeper: Pompey, Lopes, Anderson, Burns Bust: Thon Jr., Murphy, Sweeney, McGuire, Knecht, Hawkins
  12. 98 Lansing = 96 real gun
  13. Norris is not a bust and I like Nolin and Smoral about the same
  14. I'm quite sure this has been demonstrated to be untrue
  15. I don't see why you continue to think Jake McGee is a bad outcome.
  16. Oh damn, actually? That's awesome. I'm going to believe in this guy until he retires, lol. Go Norris!
  17. Season norms don't matter in this circumstance, it's a 1 game evaluation.
