  1. Mad Max faces his original team for the first time since 2023. Should be a fun matchup... assuming the Blue Jays can actually put a few runs on the board. 3. Taj Bradley is starting to finally look like the wunderkind who was once promised, but I'll take Mad Max in a rubber match any day. 4. Man the offense needed that performance yesterday. Keeping it going against Joe Ryan will be a harder task, but a two-game win streak is a two-game win streak.
  5. The injuries to the rotation have led us to here: a bullpen game. Both Lazaro Estrada and Spencer Miles are fresh for a piggyback appearance today. 6. Another very winnable series and a soft landing for Cease to open the season. Thank you, schedule makers!
  7. After a brilliant Opening Day start from Gausy, it's time for the long-awaited debut of Dylan Cease. This should be a fun one.
  8. Yesterday was tough. Watching (nearly) every other team celebrate Opening Day while the Blue Jays sat at home genuinely felt like that one Spongebob meme with Squidward starting out his window. Luckily, Toronto will be the featured entree today. In their first regular season game since Game 7 of the Fall Classic, the rebuilt and retooled Jays will take on a middling A's team. And, at long last, Gausy will take his Opening Day start.
  9. Yet again, the Toronto Blue Jays fell just short in their pursuit of marquee free agents in Kyle Tucker and Bo Bichette. Is there any way for them to replace Bichette's impact in the lineup before Opening Day? View full video

  11. The Chicago Cubs stole Alex Bregman from the Boston Red Sox, which could lead to a bidding war for Bo Bichette. Can the Toronto Blue Jays take advantage by turning their full attention to Kyle Tucker? View full video

  19. The Toronto Blue Jays have long been linked to Munetaka Murakami, but they may favor another NPB star with fewer red flags in Kazuma Okamoto. View full video
