Half could be true but if Schneider doesn’t not have a Hoffman at his disposal then he will use another pitcher to be in that role, whoever that is Hoffman costing us probably a once and life time World Series championship, is more than a sample size for the front office to look the other way. But yet, still carried him to the next season and still uses him in high leverage situations, in which I agree with you. -
With the offense struggling already a given and the injuries…..however, this team would still be hovering around .500 if not for blown saves cough out by Hoffman and terrible outing from Little early in the season very frustrating.

Varsho’s Defense and Strength of Arm have been suspect this season then compound that with no Power, then the Centerfield position is a major weakness of this team

I don’t understand after a solid game yesterday from Valenzuela, why he didn’t start today I have run out of patience of Heineman, he costed us so many game because of his brain cramps in the month of April. Don’t see any reason for Valenzuela to not play, a young guy who does not require rest should be out there every game while Kirk is rehabbing. Heineman should be demoted as soon as Kirk is back

with all the injuries we have and yet we matched last season’s totals. Hopefully May with the weather warming up, bats can go on fire Varland may just have a mental make up and a DNA of a closer more so than the bridge. My Trey Yesavage authenticated autographed baseball I bought right after the WS may just appreciated its value 🤣. and excited to see Uncle Georgie and his toe back and healthy GO JAYS !
