John Schneider was asked by Rosenthal why Varland Schneider answered “because he likes the attitude of Varland” I have defended Schneider for the longest time but this is just unforgivable with all the available pitchers including Lauer/ Bassit/ Flu and even Gausman in the bullpen, he opted to pitch against Raleigh f*** you John Schneider

Trey now with two pressurized playoff games under his belt. Preparing for his third game should give him a good perspective of what’s what. If we win tomorrow… Game 7 should be all hands on deck I expect Bieber to start Gausman, Scherzer, Bassit and Lauer as relievers should be available over Little and Varland. Schneider is a big boy, he can recover from the worse Managerial decision of his career

Things already happened that was unfavorable in game 5. Not much else we can do. but let’s just see it glass half full this is a 2-3-2 format. Meaning we expected Seattle to win 3 games, even though the actual results went on reverse Now the expectation is to win the last 2, best regular season team still has the advantage Go Jays Go !

I blow off steam outside by washing my car. It’s now squeaky clean 😊 lol Good news Uncle George’s X-ray came back negative. If tonight’s game is the unluckiest game ever then so be it. The baseball gods had spoken tomorrow is another day. We are down 2-3, we will win the next two (Sunday and Monday) lesson learned for everyone and we are moving on Go Jays Go !

Two things: 1. First, I wish George quick recovery 2. Second, I hope this deflating loss does not carry over. Yesavage and if it extends to game 7, likely Beiber BUT and the big BUT….unless they throw a perfect game, we still may see both Varland and Little to relieve them at any point of the game unless Atkins takes over and forcefully STOP this stupidity however if the directive came from Atkins from the get go by allowing John Schneider to use both no matter what….then God help us. I though wholeheartedly believed that this is coming from Atkins and not just from Schneider alone. ….end of spiel (my apologies)

I wouldn’t care if Bassitt or Lauer lost us this pivotal game But to see Varland who almost did (just got lucky that ball didn’t hit the pole) and then we gambled with the baseball gods AGAIN the next inning to allow Little pitch versus the heart of the order
