    Piping comes in for drainage and field, yuck, hope a tech has a plan as all old piping and what it served is erratically changed, especially for irrigation, and it's old or pre existing functions. New drainage, massive drainage changes, basically start from scratch, electrical placements, ie; new lines, new wiring, new electrical rooms. Wow, I'm 20% in maybe and that's 20+ million.
