  1. Not to mention he's born Pittsburgh's own and his father is a folk hero!!
  2. f*** him, he didn't take the Jays offer when he left Baltimore, Milb contract or GTFO.
  3. I ain't said no s*** about Ichiro? What you playing at slick?
  4. Sorta, yes. I thought it was in September, but I could be wrong, regardless nothing changes.
  5. Keyboard Warrior...a typical Canadian....amirite?
  6. Piping comes in for drainage and field, yuck, hope a tech has a plan as all old piping and what it served is erratically changed, especially for irrigation, and it's old or pre existing functions. New drainage, massive drainage changes, basically start from scratch, electrical placements, ie; new lines, new wiring, new electrical rooms. Wow, I'm 20% in maybe and that's 20+ million. Nevermind the roof, than the field, yeah, easily 100 million + For your wish.
  7. Tractor fills dump truck with concrete, tadah!!!
  8. Guys cut concrete- Back-Hoes drill said concrete- Back-Hoes dig said concrete in succession.
  9. Did you follow along?
  10. Very possible...flabbergasted.
  11. They have large bits you can take off and put on as well, a jack hammer with 50 times the strength of a man, they all work in succession. The cut /drill and dig.
  12. I still can't believe that thing is real. .. Wow!
  13. Hair plugs???^^^^
  14. Back-Hoes would crush and dig the concrete mate, the saws would just line the areas.
  15. I think I'm mis-reading this?
  16. Unbelievable, what a beast of a machine?!
  17. I'm implying myself, no worries, just insane.
  18. That thing is insane...I'd love to see how it extracts what it does???
  19. It's not feasible, it'd take a couple years minimum to re-configure the roof/piping and a face lift, to all what might work, I'll keep singing my praise, the realistic thing to do is re-locate. They'll make insane money to move at a fraction of the cost.
