Match-ups on the bump...
Game 1, Toronto Blue Jays @ Baltimore Orioles
Thursday, August 31, 7:05 PM ET , Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Jeremy Hellickson, RHP... ERA- 4.88, FIP- 5.45, xFIP- 5.34, WAR- 0.6
Hellickson will look for his fourth quality start since being acquired from the Phillies on July 28. After having two rough outings, the righty picked up the win last time out allowing two runs on four hits through seven innings.
Marco Estrada, RHP... ERA- 5.04, FIP- 4.45, xFIP- 4.96, WAR- 2.2
Estrada was efficient last time out and continues to show flashes of his old self. The right-hander allowed three runs on five hits over six innings, but forced plenty of weak contact through the air early in the game.
Game 2, Toronto Blue Jays @ Baltimore Orioles
Friday, September 1, 7:05 PM ET , Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Kevin Gausman, RHP... ERA- 4.98, FIP- 4.82, xFIP- 4.56, WAR- 1.5
Gausman will be looking to pick up consecutive wins for the first time since July 24-29. Last time out, Gausman rebounded from a short start against the Angels with 7 2/3 scoreless innings of four-hit ball in Boston on Saturday.
Joe Biagini, RHP... ERA- 5.40, FIP- 4.00, xFIP- 4.01, WAR- 1.2
Biagini's first start back in the rotation was a learning experience. He allowed five runs on nine hits over 3 2/3 innings due in large part to his fastball sitting up in the zone and out over the plate.
Game 3, Toronto Blue Jays @ Baltimore Orioles
Saturday, September 2, 7:05 PM ET , Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Wade Miley, LHP... ERA- 4.99, FIP- 4.97, xFIP-4.58, WAR- 1.0
Miley will be looking to record three straight wins for the first time this season. In his last start in Boston, the left-hander allowed one run on seven hits through five innings.
Marcus Stroman, RHP... ERA- 3.11, FIP- 3.87, xFIP- 3.61, WAR- 3.0
The Red Sox were barrelling up Stroman early on in his last outing, but the right-hander adjusted quickly and began to lean more on his slider to give the Blue Jays six strong innings with just one earned run and no walks.
Game 4, Toronto Blue Jays @ Baltimore Orioles
Sunday, September 3, 1:35 PM ET , Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Chris Tillman, RHP... ERA- 7.91, FIP- 6.72, xFIP- 5.64, WAR- -0.7
Tillman will be making his third start since his brief demotion to the bullpen. The righty will try to improve on his career 5-10 record and 5.40 ERA vs. Toronto. He's given up 26 homers to the Blue Jays, the most he's allowed to any opponent.

With the O's in the thick of the American League Wild Card race, the team will look to stay red hot in the series opener of a four-game set against the Blue Jays at Camden Yards on Thursday.
Jeremy Hellickson will take the mound for Baltimore, which has won seven straight games. Hellickson (8-7, 4.88 ERA) will be looking for his fourth quality start in six outings in an Orioles uniform since being acquired from the Phillies at the July 31 non-waiver Trade Deadline.
Hellickson will also be looking to pick up consecutive wins for the first time since winning three straight starts from April 15-27. After getting off to a hot start in his first two starts with Baltimore, Hellickson had back-to-back short outings in which he allowed 13 runs in 9 2/3 total innings. But he bounced back with a seven-inning four-hitter against Boston last Thursday.
Marco Estrada will take the mound for the Blue Jays against Hellickson. Estrada (6-8, 5.04 ERA) will look to continue his recent efficiency on the mound. Despite his inconsistent season, Estrada has started to show flashes of his old self after posting back-to-back quality starts, giving up three runs on five hits through six innings walking just one batter in each of his last two outings.
The Blue Jays' right-hander will be looking to continue the success he's enjoyed at Camden Yards. In seven appearances in Baltimore, including six starts, Estrada has gone 2-1 with a 2.77 ERA. He holds Oriole Park hitters to just a .208 average.
• Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista has slashed .364/.447/.727 with a double, triple, three home runs and six RBIs in his career against Hellickson.
• Baltimore's sizzling third baseman Manny Machado has found very little success against Estrada in his career, hitting a mere .083 in 24 career at-bats. Of Machado's two hits against Estrada, one was a home run.
• Estrada has induced an infield popup on 14.3 percent of balls put in play against him this season, which leads all pitchers who have generated at least 200 batted balls. It's also the sixth consecutive season in which Estrada has posted a popup rate of better than 10 percent.
