You guys went pretty heavy with the gaslighting over the intentional walk, especially considering it was indeed the wrong decision in hindsight. I was with a whole room of people who weren't pleased with that decision. Bill James also did an analysis years ago showing that it is almost always the wrong move. Gausman was really cruising and I think that ruined his rhythm. Hopefully JS can learn from the mistake.

One would expect a pretty substantial investment, given all of the playoff money coming in. Shapiro hasn't been shy about saying he expects an increase.

I feel really good about a series against the Twins. It would almost be better to stay in this spot, but it's pretty precarious with the Astros on our tail. Maybe the Rangers will crash and burn in the second half.
