Wow , umps seem to be giving the outside of the plate to pitchers so far …. Manoah doing fine , but having trouble with his planting foot .

I thought the umping was brutal on Friday, Saturday and Sunday…. actually every game it got worse …. besides that though ; Texas earned the game Sunday … just barreled down and outhit us … they are a pretty good team . Taking 2/3 from them is not too shabby .

Biggio is a pretty good 2nd baseman and also a tough at bat with power … he and Espinal will split a lot of time in middle infield . Plus Biggio can play outfield and 1st…. he is very valuable to the team .

I think we’ll see Espinal at some point today ; he looks like an everyday player .
