Wouldn’t overrate framing , umpires are dumb , but a catcher pulling his glove back inside of the strike zone on a ball ; which is what framing is ….,doesn’t fool anybody … umps just are so f***ng poor anyways , but I don’t think “framing” is the major problem. They just miss calls continuously .
