  1. To be specific, some people had the belief that packing up Biggio in a deal, would somehow be a solution. My feeling was that wouldn't bring enough back, and hence needed to take a chance moving Bichette
  2. I actually do have to apologize, because I realize now that when I originally posted on this forum, it was WAY out of context. I had been reading posts on a completely different site, regarding what to do IF the Jays were to take a run at it this year. That said, I completely agree that nothing brash should be done at all, as we're still a year or maybe two away from a serious run. My bad everyone
  3. Not sure if that trolling closetag reference was aimed at me. I'm not trolling. I'm just saying, going all-in and trading Bichette is not a make or break gamble. I would be for doing it, at a good price. And about 500. We are a 500 team. 6 over in mid may, since then 20-22. That's not exactly a positive slope.
  4. Do you heonsely think if Bo was on DL for 6 weeks, it would have any significant impact on our ability to tread water at .500?
  5. By middle relievers, I'm taking Plesac-Quantrill type stuff
  6. Bichette is great, and it would hurt to lose him.. But his bat and "image" are what some teams would kill to acquire. Defensively? That's not what he's expected to bring, and we'd be fine losing him on that end, especially if it meant getting a pair of middle relievers and a journeyman in the vein of MacDonald
  7. Trade Bichette. Move Semien back to short.
