    Since taking over in 2016, I am finding it hard to name one quality player thats been brought in at the MLB level, that you could make the argument for as being above average. Grichuk comes to mind, but other than that not a single soul. Sanchez and Stroman are still AAs guys. Smoak was AAs, as was Vlad. Ken Giles I guess So Giles and Grichuk,

    Something's off in the talent evaluation as well. DsJ was given away and has had a better offensive year than anyone in the Jay's outfield
