It's a pretty even trade. Makes sense for you with the #9 pick still. You'll get an elite prospect at 3 and a very good prospect still at 9. Frag gets two darts two throw at the board and potentially still get an elite prospect out of it.

There's a couple good forwards and D ranked in the 30s that I like. If DeBrincat is on the board at 31 I'd love the Leafs to take him.
