As a Leafs fan I was mad in that draft too. Konecny was available at 24 and I was pumped, they then traded that pick down to a 2nd rounder and took Travis Dermott. Carolina took Sebastian Aho immediately after.

Now imagine if they didn’t f*** up in 2015 when they had three first round picks. They took Jakub Zboril at 13, Debrusk at 14 and Zachary Senyshyn at 15. The next three picks were Matt Barzal, Kyle Connor and Thomas Chabot. That would’ve been insane if they landed those three.

I think players are allowed to be added two days after being called up to the NHL at 7 or 8 pm EST.

I was hoping for Arson Judge of the Giants to be the cover athlete.

I keep my stance that Woll is ahead of Kallgren on the depth chart.

Jays fans that are initially upset could forgive the Front Office if he brought a World Series I’m sure.

Kiermaier was on Wilner’s Deep Left Field Podcast that was released on Dec 22. I only listened to the part with KK but enjoyed it. -

I didn’t really Guentzel put up those kind of numbers last year.

I’m fine with Matthews not fighting. Last thing the Leafs need is him injuring his already surgically repaired wrist punching Konecny. He’s been throwing the body around a bit more this season which is nice to see, but he’s more likely to beat you on the scoresheet than in a fight. This coming from a guy who enjoys a good ol’ Donnybrook.

You have one of the best goalies in the world, he should help carry you up in the standings! I’m pretty much gonna be status quo on goalies and hope one of my prospects realizes their potential.

Robertson needs to stay top 6, that shot is noice!
