The exception has always been for US to play this Fri. My guess it's for TV numbers. So will they swap Canada around to accommodate the US, or just leave the way it was? Both Italy and US will be hard to beat. Canada has never been in the quarters. It's all gravy from here on.

The schedule is already out for Fri. Pool A runner up (PR) will play. Pool A winner (Canada) plays Sat. As per the post above, US plays Fri regardless if they win pool B or not.
