to sign Jose for pretty big money for 1 year and give up a draft pick seems like poor management to me. If in May Jose is still looking for a team and it becomes clear the jays will not get a draft pick then you can sign him. With that being said their isn't many good OF free agents left. Teams need starting pitching so the Jays should sign a starter and trade one of Happ, Liriano or Estrada for an outfielder. Keep Sanchez and Stroman.

Personally I was in Cancun so i took a little while to respond but i have been doing fantasy leagues for years and I would really like to do this draft. I say we make this a $25 league and only go with 15 people or even go with the 13 that we have. Imo paid is the only way to go or people will not care, forget, give up etc.

I (ryan Watson, Ball busters) will not be available on the weekdays, because I'm on the west coast and I will not be home from work at 7:00/4:00. So anytime sundays would be good for me. 9:00 et would work wednesdays/thursdays.

The jays should make a trade for one or two relievers because the cost in assets wouldn't be that high most likely and they could probably get players with cheaper salaries than from the free agent market. The jays could trade Navaro for one bullpen arm and either sign someone 3m or less or give up a non elite prospect or 2 for one. Then the jays could use their extra cash for an ace and/or Lowrie.
