Broadcast team mentioning that Henke is the Rays pitching coach makes me wonder how many of our coaches will survive the winter. I'm not particularly attached to any of them and am not convinced there won't be better options available

To the poster who mentioned Drabek falling to 1st. I thought it was when he landed his front foot was always angled at he needed to land with it pointing straight at home instead? Then again maybe being angled results in the fall so it could be the same issue

By my count this ump has cost us 3 outs and 3 baserunners by calling ball 4's as strikes. MLB getting what they want.

I'd be way more relaxed and confident about the remainder of the season if any team ahead of us looked like they would drop games. Baltimore won't drop games the rest of the season, so we would have to do what? Match their record and then manage another 4-8 wins on top of that? KC is rolling and playing amazing team baseball, something we are incapable of doing. Detroit is too good to stay .500 (these past few weeks) for long. We don't have Detroit's pitching, Baltimore's hitting, or KC's team play and bullpen. Conclusion? Even a 27-13 record I don't think will be good enough since i can see all 3 of those teams having the same if not better record. Also, lol that anyone thinks we have anchance of only losing 1 out of every 4 games or so the rest of the way.

I'm still looking for a ride down if anyone has an empty seat and wants some gas money
