  1. You're correct, 57 PA. Not a lot, but not a little though. He's just been god awful there. It's his worst stadium he's had more than a handful of games at. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions without some more games, but it's not what you'd expect so far http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=rasmuco01&year=Career&t=b
  2. Agreed. Lawrie at 2B is a good idea to help us win now, but ideally it wouldn't even be considered. Here's to hoping we sign Cano and don't end up like LAA with a bunch of bust FA signings.
  3. Melky this year haha
  4. Yeah I have, but I think this TBA guy is TDAs evil twin Travis B'Arnaud, As with every year, I will watch the HR Derby for 20 mins and then get tired of it. Back back back back! SHUT UP
  5. That would haunt us for years to come.. .861 OPS in 123 AB at new Yankee Stadium. Surprisingly Colby's numbers there are terrible. You would think his swing is made for that park
  6. Never heard of this TBA guy. But if he has pop, I hope AA can work a trade before the deadline.
  7. Boy Verlander has got big strong legs and soft thighs that lets him get that little bit of giddyup on his fastball
  8. Fielder tearing up the basepaths again tonight. How can we contain his running game better?

  10. I've been voting EE, he deserves it. Especially after being snubbed last year....I don't like how Bautista is always tweeting asking for votes. It looks pathetic IMO. I wish there wasn't any voting and the players decided... Vote EE http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/events/all_star/y2013/ballot.jsp disposable email if you don't want spam from MLB http://10minutemail.com/10MinuteMail/index.html
  11. He's going to be corrected another 20 times here. Lots of ifs with our starting rotation If RA can pitch well, if JJ can pitch to his potential, if Rogers/Wang can continue to give us good starts until Morrow/Happ come back. We have a pretty favourable schedule after the ASB, and last 3 weeks of the season is packed against AL East opponents, so our fate is very much in our hands which is more than we could have hoped for considering our start. I beleaf
  12. JPAs arbitration hearing next year will be fun. He'll want a boatload of money cuz he hits HRs and AA will have to tell him about all his shortcomings.
  13. lol remember him when he scored from first and passed out on home plate meaningless internet points for anyone who can find the clip
  14. Haven't really been paying attention to him recently TBH, he was a solid back up who called a good game when he was with us though. McCann would be awesome.
  15. 2014 FA Catchers Henry Blanco (42) John Buck (33) Jesus Flores (29) Ramon Hernandez (38) Brian McCann (30) Jose Molina (38) Dioner Navarro (30) Wil Nieves (36) Miguel Olivo (35) Ronny Paulino (33) Brayan Pena (32) A.J. Pierzynski (37) Humberto Quintero (34) Carlos Ruiz (35) Jarrod Saltalamacchia (29) Kelly Shoppach (34) Chris Snyder (33) Geovany Soto (31) Kurt Suzuki (30) - $8.5MM club option with a $650K buyout Yorvit Torrealba (35) Let's bring Molina back for another go
  16. We probably weren't gonna win this one anyways...Lester usually pitches well against us, and Wang isn't good against LHB or in Fenway. I believe we have a favourable match-up for JJ and MB's start. If Rogers can pitch well, 3 games is still possible. But I'd be happy with a split at this point.
  17. it's those 2 leadoff walks and 4 consecutive hits that are really hurting
