    Looool Leafs.
  2. Aren't all salaries in USD to begin with?
  3. Ironic that they mention that he even has an above-average changeup, and yet he threw over 90% fastballs in his brief stint in the bullpen. He probably threw less than 30 non-fastballs.
  4. I would hate that idea. Although, it's been well established that the last two minutes of a basketball game are the most entertaining by far lol.
  5. More of this Bruno, please and thanks. http://media.giphy.com/media/ToMjGpF53K4GcYpK1i0/giphy.gif
  6. I think allowing him to hire a GM is like the equivalent of hiring an assistant GM in this case, someone who he trusts or has worked with before, it's all just fancy titles.
  7. Well they were lol, what I meant is cheering for them over the Cards.
  8. Didn't know he was still that young, AA should be all over him.
  9. This just makes me feel that much better about cheering for the Dodgers in the playoffs.
  10. Even I would have been a better option than wilko lol.
  11. I think people should make Fight Club like rules for Fantasy. Rule 1: You do not invite wilko to be a part of your Fantasy League. Rule 2: YOU DO NOT INVITE WILKO TO BE A PART OF YOUR FANTASY LEAGUE.
  12. Hurl didn't post the full article (http://www.hardballtimes.com/the-strike-zone-expansion-is-out-of-control/), there has been a trend since 2008 for the zone to be getting lower and contributing to a lower run environment.
  13. Lol @ the WWE. Lol @ the arena being full.
  14. Just Moogy being a pedantic douche, nothing to see here.
  15. Steamer's projections for Vogelsong are way better than Chacin's, and then there's that Coors thing.
  16. NBA? cf
  17. I agree. Where's North and his PD stats when you need him?

  19. Not to be a drama queen, but I'm afraid if he doesn't sign up by next Friday we're going to have to give his team to someone else. The season may not have started, but this is the ideal moment to make trades exactly for that reason.
  20. Not sure if you're asking this in the wrong thread, but +1.
  21. The only reason the Rays trade the older players is because they eventually hit FA and don't have the money to resign them.
  22. Not sure if anyone else is watching this joke of a broadcast, but Rick Sutcliffe actually explained how good Wade Davis is by referencing his W-L record. "And that's no joke."
  23. Trades are a thing??? Most teams aren't fully made up of guys they drafted and developed. I guess with a post like this you're saying that Lawrie, who was acquired as a prospect, was not in part aided by our player development. If you're saying that, then you have to account for Travis d'Arnaud, Syndergaard, Marisnick, Henderson Alvarez, Hechavarria (yes he counts as well) as being a product of the Jays' player development.
  24. Taking off parts of the sample is always a really smart thing to do... How the f*** is a guy whose highest level was college a guarantee for the big leagues? Those guys bust all the time. Also, even if you don't agree with their drafting process, if you have a surplus of pitching prospects and supposedly lack positional players, trades are a thing.
