Yup, and not surprisingly no one talked about how the Jays got screwed that game. I believe there was also a home run that shouldn't have been a homerun.

I doubt it was incompetence when the ump completely screws Pearson and Ray while favouring the Rays. It was a very precise flip flop.

And in the bottom of the inning how many of those strikes were actually balls? The Jays probably only had 1 legit out all inning. You can't be that bad. This was intentional.

Ray got squeezed early in the game leading to a high pitch count and then the ump completely screws the Jays in the 9th. Meanwhile Montoyo sits on his ass like he's one of the fans in the stands.

I have never seen a manager stand up for his team less than Montoyo does.

What's even scarier is that this stacked lineup may save Montoyo's job if the Jays do make the playoffs even though we all know they underachieved this season.

I don't think he thinks we have an elite bullpen. He thinks he's Kevin Cash. He's trying to be unconventional without much feel for the game.

You can definitely see the inexperience of the younger hitters this season. They get very anxious with runners on base.

Gurriel should lead off if they want to keep the middle of the order intact. At least Gurriel is swinging the bat well and has shown he can hit well high in the order in the past.
