I disagree that his demeanour will inspire the team even if he isn't hitting. Reyes was the complete opposite of him, and the team has excelled with Tulo's presence. His value right now is he provides defensive stability, and his offence will come, we all know that. Having a team full of emotion isn't the recipe for success, we had Lawrie and Reyes on the same team, both very emotional players. Tulo just lets his performance on the field do the talking on his behalf, and I have nothing wrong with that. We have plenty of other personalities to keep the clubhouse morale high
