If you follow him on Instagram, all he does it eat when he's back home. They need to get a trained chef to follow him around during the offseason like they did with Pablo Sandoval.
Ray's an interesting dude. He has fantastic stuff, and has potential to be an ace. I hope the mechanics adjustment and change of scenery helps him. He's one of the acquisitions that I hope re-signs with the Jays.
He went to get his elbow cleaned up due to having "loose bodies" in it. Who knows what that means for rehab. He could be back next ST or out for the year.
You think he has enough potential to keep? He can't play OF. It's not like he makes up the slack with his bat. He has just about 400 at bats hitting 196/289/379/668.
I think a lot of people were mad that they didn't trade (or) resign him in 2017. I agree though, he was a mess when the Jays traded him and i'm glad they got something that looks pretty damn good so far.
